- Flower subscription and festival kit deliveries
- Booking of verified Pandits for rituals (home / online)
- Related support, rewards, and communications
Service availability may vary by city, slot, and Pandit capacity. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of fraud, stock issues, or force majeure.
4. Pricing & payments
Prices are shown in INR and may include applicable taxes and fees as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through Razorpay and other authorised methods. An order or booking is confirmed only after successful payment (unless COD is expressly offered).
5. User responsibilities
- Keep login credentials confidential
- Provide a reachable phone and accurate address for delivery / pooja
- Use the platform only for lawful, personal, non-abusive purposes
- Respect Pandits, delivery staff, and community guidelines
6. Pandit bookings
Pandit assignments depend on availability, location, and ritual type. Muhurat timings and ritual scope are as agreed during booking. Any reschedule or cancellation is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Product & flower quality
We aim to supply authentic products and fresh flowers. Natural variations in size, colour, fragrance, and seasonal availability may occur. Report damaged or incorrect items promptly with photos as per our refund and shipping policies.
8. Intellectual property
All GHARSHANTI branding, content, logos, and designs remain our property. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially reuse platform content without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GHARSHANTI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, delivery delays beyond our control, or third-party payment failures. Our liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order/booking.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
